First Week on Medi
That first week was difficult in some ways and easy in others. One of the things that was surprisingly easy was sticking to the 500 calories (at least for the first 5 days). I was shocked that 4 oz of ham (120 calories) was a lot more ham than I anticipated it to be and that I could still eat what felt like a lot if I chose the right foods. On day 5 I had an awful day! I had a craving for cookie dough and gave in, and once I had done that I decided fine I'll have that McDonald's quarter pounder too. The next morning I hopped right back on board, but the damage for that week had already been done.
