Week 2

On week two I did AMAZING. I stuck to my calories and took all of my meds on time and managed to get about 90 oz of water in each and every day. My husband works odd hours and before starting the program I tended to snack a lot at night when he was gone. With the appetite suppressant having finally kicked in I started to notice things about my eating. At night I was still going out to the kitchen and looking for something to snack on. I started to realize that I wasn't actually hungry. I was lonely and bored. I'm used to chaos and things being busy when the kids are up all day, but once they go to bed and my husband leaves for work the house is so quiet. I didn't really have any hobbies anymore, once I had started having my children everything became about them. I was eating at night to cover up boredom. I started compensating by going to bed earlier ( I needed to sleep more, I was always tired) and by trying to find things I could enjoy that were quiet. I have been working on quilting a baby blanket for my youngest. Week 2 was very eye opening and I stuck with the program to a T.
