I went in for my week 3 weigh in ready to be weighed. I was really proud of how well I'd done. I got on the scale and weighed in at 169.4! I was down 5.2 lbs and my
BMI was now down to 30. I was allowed to add in up to 25
carbs a day if I wanted, but I wasn't required to. I could eat fruits and veggies to
fullfill those
carbs and I was still supposed to take in at least 500 calories of protein.
